Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 4 days per week, between the hours of 8AM – 8PM. Occasional additional Saturdays required.
Location: To be based between Unit 6, Forge Business Centre, Upper Rose Lane, Palgrave, Suffolk, IP22 1AP and Unit 7, White House Farm, Walpole Road, Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 0PH.
Salary: £12.21 - £13.74 per hour, dependent on experience.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • UK Driving Licence essential.
  • Forklift Licence desirable.
  • Competent in using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications essential.
  • Experience using design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD and VCarve desirable.
    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials and products.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
  • Support the Production Coordinator in tracking stock and inventory.
  • Assist with quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate production equipment under supervision, including CNC machines, bandsaws, table saws, and handheld power tools.
