OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Assistant to join our small manufacturing team. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks.
Our in-house laboratories provide bespoke orders directly to our Distribution team, who are then responsible for ensuring all orders are prepped and ready to send out to our customers. The ability to work in a busy environment while keeping a level head is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full training is provided. You do not need previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written communication
• An understanding of the importance of health and safety in laboratory and warehouse environments - which includes wearing PPE that we provide (e.g. lab coats).
  Hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.

You will mainly be in the Production Lab, however we have a rota system so that throughout the day and over the week you may be involved in different areas that include:

• Picking
• Quality Checking
• Packing
• Customer Service (annual leave cover)
