Description The Production Assistant works as a part of the production team at their respective roastery. Our Production Assistants help with packaging, bagging and labeling all coffee and tea to production standards. They are also tasked with assisting in our cold brew processes, general equipment upkeep, and other tasks as assigned by their supervisor. We expect all Production Assistants to have an intimate knowledge of our products and offerings Requirements Prior experience in food product manufacturing preferred Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
