WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

ü Experience with fabrication using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
ü Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise assembly.
ü Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and quality control.
ü Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
ü Strong communication skills for collaboration and issue reporting.
ü Experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies considered an asset.
ü Experience with gasketing, fine detail sealing, or related techniques considered an asset.
