PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Salary: £21,000–£24,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Office-based in Bradford
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Production Assistant to join our team in Bradford. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience looking to build a career in film and photography production.
As a Production Assistant, you’ll support our Producers and Head of Production across all stages of production — from planning and logistics to shoots and post. You’ll be involved in everything from booking locations and crew, to supporting on set, managing paperwork, and helping with post-production tasks like logging footage and file management.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with room to learn, grow and develop in a creative agency environment.

• Support the production team throughout pre-production, production, and post.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, shoots, and bookings.
• Organise logistics: transport, equipment, crew, releases, and paperwork.
• Assist on set with equipment and contributor management.
• Manage and organise production files and documents.
• Provide general admin support, including calls, emails, and file handling.
• Help with basic editing tasks and file preparation.
• Support post-production workflows, including backups and archiving.
• Contribute to research, casting, and other ad hoc production needs.
