We are looking for someone “prepared” with a prepared portfolio because communication is important to us.
(You can come vibe in our community discord. We love artists because we are all artists too!)

Candidates must:

• Have a passion for the artistry of Game development.
• Be able to adapt and contribute as a team member.
• A good attitude and outlook towards learning and adapting.
• Prior experience in Blender, Unreal Engine 4/5 and Unity is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of the game development pipeline is a plus.
• Pride in their work and workflow.
• Taste.

Additional Skills which we look out for (good to have, not compulsory):

• Organisational and Management Skills.
• Affinity for Feel Engineering.
• Independent Research.
• Unhindered by the “Waterfall” production SOP.
• Prior Experience or familiarity as/ with roles adjacent to “QA/QC Engineer”. (i.e. Programmers, Technical Artists, Systems Designers, Effects Artist, etc.)
• Prior Experience in the Game Industry.
• Experience with Multi-player Networking.
• Experience with VR/ AR projects.
