Position: Production Associate, Take Off Location: Newark, Ohio Department: Production Shifts: First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm Pay: $15.50/hr ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. * Performs a wide range of job responsibilities in all production areas as needed * Properly removes all finished parts from the row. * Consistently picks-out and removes defects from a moving line. * Follows all standard work procedures. * Maintains a clean work area. * Differentiates between scrap defects and re-run defects * Packs finished parts efficiently * Any other duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously * Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends * Ability to work at a fast pace, standing or walking most of the shift * Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. * Can successfully work in a team environment * Ability to follow standard operating procedures and take direction from others * Ability to differentiate between different sizes, shapes, styles and colors * Ability to read/set scales Anomatic takes pride in creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees and the communities in which they live.
