Description Production Associate– PM Shift (11 AM – 8 PM) Pay - $18-$23 per hour Position Overview The Fabricator builds, repairs, and assembles metal, wood, and other materials following project drawings, work orders, and specifications. You'll also inspect finished work to make sure it meets quality and safety standards. What You'll Do Read and follow work orders, drawings, and project instructions Build components using standard carpentry and fabrication methods Operate shop equipment safely — forklifts, lifts, saws, grinders, shears, drill presses, hand tools, and more Work alongside welders on multi-part fabrication projects Keep equipment in good working order and flag any repairs needed Keep your work area and the shop clean at the end of each shift Be open to cross-training on other tasks as needed What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in metal fabrication and/or millwork Ability to read drawings and follow both written and verbal instructions Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Adaptable when priorities or timelines shift Must be able to pass a drug test Education High school diploma or GED required Technical school or trade certification is a plus Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and crouching for most of the shift Frequently lifting up to 50 lbs Good vision required, including depth perception and focus adjustment Additional Notes Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
