Responsibilities include assembling, wrapping, banding, stitching, and gluing products, as well as feeding, stacking, and assisting with machine operations when needed. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Material Handling: Work with various stages of production, from raw corrugated sheets to finished products. Production Support: Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to efficiently complete daily assigned tasks and maintain steady production flow. Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards and report any defects. Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient workspace. Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and supervisors. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties. Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining production schedules. Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements for accurate production calculations.
