Description

BS./M.S. in one of the following disciplines - Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent 2-6 years of relevant laboratory experience in manufacturing or QC of Life Science products Basic understanding of DNA sequencing, PCR or other nucleic acid based technologies and relevant experience a plus Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision Effective communicator skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to clearly relay production issues and updates Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly write procedures, protocols, and technical reports Motivated to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving organization by driving continuous improvement in products and processes Basic understanding of industry manufacturing workflow and ERP system a plus Relevant experience in a production environment working with standard production control tools - ERP, LIMS, inventory control, work orders a plus Experience with liquid handling robotic system a plus Experience with common lab equipment such as pipettes, centrifuges, thermocyclers, microscopes, etc.

Responsibilities
