This role ensures timely shipment processing, accurate documentation, and clear communication with internal teams regarding shipment status. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Scan and process incoming and outgoing shipments. * Track shipment status and update delivery information in Excel spreadsheets. * Maintain accurate records of shipments, including quantities, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. * Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal departments to resolve shipment issues or delays. * Prepare shipment documentation and labels as required. * Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. * Perform data entry and maintain organized shipment logs. * Support inventory or warehouse teams with shipment-related tasks when needed  Key Requirements and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic tracking spreadsheets). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to handle multiple shipments and maintain accurate records. * Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience: * Experience with shipping software or ERP systems. * Familiarity with barcode scanners and shipment tracking tools.
