A Day in the Life of a Production Associate You’ll spend your day producing batches of coatings products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality. What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC To be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs. A passionate and positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn. We train our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures. Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus Work Schedule This is a full-time 2nd shift position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday11:30am-9:30pm with a half hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.

Responsibilities

The Production Associate is responsible for reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment to produce batches of coatings. They must ensure all products meet company quality standards throughout the production process.
