We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on first shift! Monday - Friday: 7:00a - 3:30p Pay: $20-22/hour Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards. Role Functions: Operates machinery safely according to company policies Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines Ability to use measurement tools accurately Strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals Ability to multi-task Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
