Job Description:
Reporting to the Afternoon Shift Leader, the Production Associate - Afternoon Shift is responsible for operating their assigned production line and meeting all established standards of safety, quality, productivity and good housekeeping within Heritage Coffee Co. Ltd.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and following all Safety Rules at Heritage Coffee Co. Ltd.
Responsible for following all work instructions and complying with Company standards on the use of personal protective equipment.
Responsible for following all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines and policies in letter and in spirit. Report all, major or minor food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Setting up the production line for efficient and safe production with finished product conforming to all pre-specified quality standards including but not limited to:
