General Summary: This position supports the VP of Production in all services necessary for the basic operation of the department. This position is responsible for the flow of product between vendors and factories and coordinates shipments with agents and warehouses.

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of information to sales force and customer service.
• Enter all work in process; update all changes correctly with prices, factories, XF.
• Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues.
• Coordinate shipments with agents and warehouses.
• Monitor the flow of goods to ensure punctual delivery and cost effectiveness.
• Oversees and monitors delivery of all order placed in various countries.
• Special Projects
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years’ experience in related field.
  The expected base salary for this position ranges from $27.88/hr - $31.25/hr. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
