  • High School Diploma OSSD or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of production experience in metal automotive parts assembly

Responsibilities
  • Must have good manual dexterity - testing will be given
  • Must have basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts
  • Load/unload a variety of production components, including small parts, for assembly onto equipment and/or at work stations
  • Complete assigned task in required time to maintain acceptable production rate
  • Read Work Instructions or spec sheets and interpret information to ensure parts are made correctly
  • Ability to transfer measurements or data onto quality/production audit forms
  • Visual inspection of machines; clean of debris, check for broken tooling, air leaks, or damaged wires and convey that information to the appropriate personnel
  • Communicates with a variety of personnel to share, collect, or provide information
  • Other functions as assigned
