What you will do: Production & Equipment Operation Operate cable fabrication and production equipment according to work orders, production schedules, and specifications Monitor equipment performance and ensure products are manufactured accurately and efficiently Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and preparation of materials throughout the production process Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks Report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns promptly Assembly & Material Handling Assemble, bundle, and prepare finished products according to production requirements Install and secure production components and accessories as required Carry, stack, organize, and stage finished products for storage or shipment Count, organize, and prepare materials and hardware needed for production orders Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely when authorized Quality Control Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications Verify measurements, counts, and assembly requirements Identify and report quality concerns, damaged materials, or production discrepancies Support continuous quality improvement efforts Safety & Housekeeping Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Participate in safety meetings and support a safety-first culture Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, tools, and equipment Team Collaboration Work closely with supervisors, leads, and production team members to meet production goals Support efficient workflow and operational productivity Participate in training and skill development activities Perform additional duties as assigned What you will bring: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic math and measurement skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate or learn production equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, construction, or industrial environments Experience operating production equipment or machinery Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts Welding, cutting, fabrication, or maintenance experience is a plus Bilingual communication skills are a plus Work is performed in a manufacturing and production environment Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and industrial materials Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical movements Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds May require overtime or extended hours to meet production schedules Must adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times What you will earn: Health Care Benefits Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
