Description CytoSorbents is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Associate to work 3rd shift (10:00pm – 6:30am Sunday-Thursday) in Princeton, NJ. Must be willing to train on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday) for a few weeks. The Manufacturing/Production Associate will perform GMP activities associated with producing, cleaning, and packaging of CytoSorb®, a unique blood purification medical device used to control deadly inflammation in life-threatening illnesses in the ICU and cardiac surgery. Come join us in saving lives! Manufactures product according to company processes, procedures and GMP requirements. Weighs out raw chemicals and ingredients and charges into processing tanks. Controls equipment and systems that processes chemical substances into bulk batches. Observes chemical reactions, monitors gauges, signals, and recorders. Makes adjustment to operating settings, as needed. Handles hazardous materials and hazardous waste in compliance with local, federal, and company guidelines. Issues daily reports and updates to management team. Draws samples of product for laboratory analysis. Completes batch record and SOP documentation according to cGMPs. Records operating data such as process conditions, test results and instrument readings. Completes other production tasks as required, depending on available work. This may include filling, assembly, inspection, packaging and shipping tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School graduate with 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical processing or pilot plan environment OR Bachelor of Science degree with Science major and 0 years of experience. Must be capable of wearing required PPE, including masks and respirators. Must be capable of working in a cleanroom environment and meeting necessary hygiene requirements. Good written and verbal language skills and ability to follow SOPS. Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility and attention to detail cGMP and clean room experience is a plus
