No experience required, but prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills
Positive attitude, excellent attendance, quality and safety conscious, team player
Ability to lift up to 86lbs continually and team lift up to 100lbs
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to concentrate for sustained periods
Good communication skills and ability to interact with people
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and wear personal protective equipment

Responsibilities

Visually inspect extruded products for appearance and size defects
Conduct tests and inspections of products’ functional features
Notify appropriate personnel of product defects
Assemble, pack, label, and transfer cartons to finished product skids
Discard unacceptable panels and assist with production line issues
Assist with color and product fixture changes, line shut down tasks
Communicate with team members about product quality and work in progress
Perform housekeeping duties and complete packaging-related paperwork
Observe health and safety practices, attend meetings, and participate in safety programs
Assist with production equipment maintenance
