Location: Kitchener, ON
Pay: $19.80/hr
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Start Date - Monday August 18th, 2025

We are assisting our client in Kitchener to find Production Associates. Our client is family owned/operated and manufactures windows and doors!

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Previous experience in a woodworking environment considered a definite asset.
· Comfortable performing heavy lifting (up to 25kg/50lbs) and labour-intensive tasks.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required for this role
· Open to working in a Team environment.
· Steel toe work boots required.
· Reliable, punctual, and honest.

· Will be cross trained in all areas of the plant, could be in the paint room, window line, hardware, packaging of windows and doors, shipping/receiving etc.
· Reading/using a measurement tape (imperial & metric measurements).
· Ensuring products are meeting quality standards.
· Completing labour-intensive duties such as lifting, carrying, bending, etc.
· Performing cleaning duties as required to ensure work areas are kept tidy and in good order.
