Position Title: Production Associate Pay Rate: $20.46 Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time –Rotating Shifts –24 hour operation Physical Location: International Paper 204 Southpark Road Lafayette, Louisiana 70508 We are a fast paced, industrial environment. The Job You Will Perform: * Assist Machine Operators in operating machines that convert, corrugate, band, print/cut and feed product * Train to become Machine Operators * May train to operate specialized Powered Industrial Trucks/Equipment * Utilize basic shop math and read factory orders and machine instructions * Accurately complete quality and administrative documents and follow directions * This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap. Responsibilities

The Production Associate assists machine operators in converting, corrugating, and printing industrial containers while maintaining machine cleanliness. They are also responsible for accurately completing quality documentation and training to operate specialized industrial equipment.
