Position Title: Production Associate – Full-Time Pay Rate: Starting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform. Sign on Bonus: $500 after 30 days $500 after 6 months Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Hiring for 2nd or 3rd Shift. Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need once you officially start. You will begin on 1st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours. * 2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM * 3rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM *Overtime and Saturdays as needed Physical Location: Fond du Lac Container Facility 981 South Hickory Street Fond du Lac, WI 54935 (920) 921-9600 The Job You Will Perform: o Follow safety policies and procedures o Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner o Reading factory orders o Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment o Consistent quality and count inspection of a product o Ability to practice great factory housekeeping o Ability to work overtime as needed
