Description We are seeking a Production Associate with experience in soldering and light manufacturing to join our team in our clean, climate-controlled facility in Lawrenceville, GA. This position involves assembling, testing, and repairing electronic components while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Weekly benefits available after 90 days of employment. Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform precise soldering of electrical circuits and components. Assemble, test, repair, and modify electronic parts, including resistors, capacitors, and relays. Use hand tools, multi-meters, and other testing equipment as required. Communicate with the material handler to ensure the workstation is stocked and ready. Maintain consistent quality and contribute to achieving production goals. Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams. Track, gather, and arrange materials needed for production tasks. Report production issues, common problems, or safety incidents to the engineering team. Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and established procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of light manufacturing or electronics assembly experience. Demonstrated soldering skills with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Experience working with small, intricate components. Experience with multi-meters or similar testing tools is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with EEOC, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and sitting. Excellent vision and steady hands for small-part work. Manual dexterity to safely use hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work performed in a clean, air-conditioned, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
