Overview The purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while ensuring machines are stocked with all necessary materials for machine operators. Work must be prioritized and managed to ensure client needs and SLA’S are met. Responsibilities Read and understand the daily priorities by reviewing Bullseye report and updates from the team. Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks and maintain clear communication to meet deadlines and quality standards. Act as liaison between machine operators and management to ensure work flows efficiently. Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse to ensure materials are available. Understand all material needs to stock and fulfil machines to run product Prioritize work to ensure client needs and SLA deadlines are met. Assist operators with tasks as needed – ensure work is flowing to meet deadlines Move the cards through the facility by which jobs to complete next. Work with the Team Leads to ensure compliance if they encounter resistance to their request Qualifications Strong multi-tasking abilities with flexibility to adapt to changes quickly. Strong computer skills a MUST particularly in Excel. Ability to deliver results in high-stress situations. Adept organizational skills with ability to prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines. The proven capability to manage timelines and deadlines. Comfortable interacting with other team members. Motivated team player – enjoys working in a team environment. Driven to succeed and meet the goal daily. Education: Highschool education or equivalent. Associate or above degree preferred.
