We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team!  As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products.   Why should you consider working for us?  * 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available: Our 1shift works Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, and our 2nd shift works Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am with a 10% shift differential. With optional or mandatory OT when required. * Employees hired into our entry-level positions who perform well have a lot of OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH.  We look to our internal candidates first whenever a new opportunity opens in production, materials, quality, etc.   * You'll work in a CLEAN, TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. * New hires have IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO BENEFITS AND PAID TIME OFF with enrollment starting the first of the month following the hire date. * As an assembler of critical medical device products, you can BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU DO, knowing that the products you help manufacture improve patient outcomes and lives! The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a desire to learn.  The following qualifications/experience set is also helpful:  * High school diploma or GED. * Ability to read and understand process documents. * Minimum 1 year, experience operating in a procedure-driven environment. * Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) * Basic computer proficiency. * Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment, specifically in a clean room environment is preferred. * Strong work ethic. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Adhere to PPE requirements.
