Description Essential Functions: • Fold, assemble, and package by hand different types and sizes of medical linen. • Feed medical linens into the equipment. • Place finished product onto conveyors or into carts, dump slings of product onto worktables. • Move loaded or empty carts/bins within the production area. Required Skills & Abilities: • Maintain good attendance. • Must be able to meet physical demands that consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling and lift-up to 50 lbs. • Tolerate loud noise, extreme temperatures (heat & cold), and other exposures in the production areas - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while following safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
The essential functions involve manually folding, assembling, and packaging various types and sizes of medical linen, as well as feeding linens into equipment. Workers will also place finished products onto conveyors or carts and move materials within the production area.
