Description
Description Production Associates complete the assembly/kitting process in accordance with specifications provided by the customer, focusing on quality and adherence to process standards: Ensures the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company are the guiding principles of daily business practices. Verifies items picked against pick ticket Stages incoming components for production Inspects components and notifies the supervisor of any observed damage Assembles components in accordance with work order instructions Labels assembled kits according to customer instructions Position assembled kits in staging area for storage or shipment If items need to be returned to finished good inventory, apply proper paperwork and stage If items need to be shipped, prepare product for shipment following shipping instructions and stage If excess raw materials in the kitting area need to be returned to inventory, prepare paperwork and stage Notifies supervisor of any discrepancies of quality or nonconformity to process specifications Comply with all safety and operational policies and procedures Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times Requirements High school Diploma or equivalent preferred 1 year of kitting / production experience preferred Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to follow verbal or written instructions in English Ability to lift and or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
