What You’ll Bring A high school diploma or equivalent Ideally, 1+ year of experience in industrial production, manufacturing, or a related field—but we're open to eager learners with transferable skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude with a hunger for improvement. Physical Stuff Good manual dexterity and patience and ability to engage in repetitive tasks.
