We are looking for a dependable General Manufacturing Employee to support daily production operations. This hands-on role involves manufacturing support, material handling, packaging, and basic welding to help meet production schedules and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of parts * Perform basic welding operations as required (training provided if needed) * Move and stage materials between work areas to support production flow * Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and securing loads * Follow safety, quality, and work instructions * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * Manufacturing experience preferred but not required * Basic welding skills or willingness to learn * Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: high noise level associated with manufacturing facility.
