Weyerhaeuser’s Lumber Mill in Plymouth, NC is accepting applications for Entry Level Production Associates. We are seeking individuals who desire to work in a market-focused, lumber manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic. Starting pay for the position is $17.09 per hour. High school diploma or GED Solid work history and be totally committed to safety Minimum one year of industrial and manufacturing experience preferred Must be available to work all shifts Must be willing to flow to work across job boundaries Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to demonstrate open, honest and regular exchange of information and treat all employees with respect and dignity Must be team oriented; puts team’s needs ahead of individual interests, accept personal accountability for team’s plans and results, work to develop trust and respect; take initiative and solve issues Resume must be attached for consideration About Wood Products: We've been delivering quality building products and solutions to our customers for more than 100 years.
