JOB DESCRIPTION

Each cup of our coffee impacts families of smallholder coffee farmers and takes important steps towards their independence and freedom. This role is responsible for roasting each of our coffees bringing out the best flavours in each coffee. Ensuring quality from product arriving to orders going out to our clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate would also provide great customer service, fulfill orders and maintain our quality control program.
It’s a pivotal role that will allow our company to deliver high quality products and services to our clients and stakeholders as we work towards ending predatory lending for coffee farmers and lifting them into independence and freedom!

• Preparing packaging materials for shipping
• Order fulfillment for coffee orders
• Communicating inventory levels with the Operations Manager
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
• Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
