Description Job Title: Production Associate Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Location: Rosemount, MN Schedule: Full-Time/Night Shift (4:45pm-5:00am) Position Overview: Launch your manufacturing career with us! Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule Night Shift (4:45pm-5:00am) Compensation and Benefits: The starting hourly wage for this position is $21.30/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and position responsibility. Conduct quality checks to make sure everything meets our high standards. Operate forklifts to transport finished products. (Don’t have forklift experience? We’ll train you!) Perform routine maintenance and be part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly. Safety First: Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to keep yourself and others safe. Education/Experience/Skills: Required: Must be at least 18 years old. Able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen. Positive and motivated, eager to take on new challenges. Physical Requirements: Physically able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and work in both heat and cold. Must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions, operations, safety procedures, and hazardous labels.
