POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven, efficient, and organized Production Associate to join our team.
The Production Associate will be responsible for performing tasks such as order picking and packing, and inventory handling, among others. This role ensures that products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery in a timely and efficient manner. It requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, and/or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS).
  • Experience with shipping carrier integrations.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receipt of orders to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all artworks, merchandise, and supplies.
  • Track orders from shipment to delivery, resolving any shipping issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure that all orders are packed and shipped correctly, minimizing errors and damages.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the fulfillment process.
  • Ensure that all fulfillment activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to schedule shipments
