Terpfusion CBD Network, founded in 2018, specializes in private-label manufacturing of CBD products. We help dozens retail stores, online businesses, and distributors nationwide create their own brand of high-quality CBD products. We primarily manufacture gummies, tinctures, disposable vapes, and cartridges. We have our entire manufacturing operations in South Carolina and are excited for new members on our team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team in a full-time position. Reporting to the Head of Gummy Manufacturing, the successful applicant will be a part of a team that is manufacturing gummies using our state-of-the-art machinery.
Overtime may be available for qualified candidates. Scheduling is generally the same from week to week, so there are no surprises about when you are scheduled to work. However, we may be adding more shifts as needed throughout the life of employment.

• Attention to detail and ability to focus
• Ability to do basic mathematics. As you grow within the company, it will require following recipes to make products.
• Works well with a team, whether supervised or unsupervised
• Proficient or Fluent in English
• Enjoys doing manual work with your hands - as this position requires a lot of it.
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
• Knowledge about CBD products preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma required
• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 preferred
• Must be able to measure ingredients using a digital scale.
• Must be able to Multi-task as this can be a fast paced position at times.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing facility.
• Passion and knowledge about CBD is always a huge plus.

• Paying close attention to all aspects of the machine.
• Paying attention to what your teammates are doing as they work on the machine.
• Paying laser-sharp attention to recipes that are provided for you. This includes making sure that each ingredient is measured accurately.
• Ensure that ingredients are carefully put into the machine in the right order and at the right time.
• Rotating from task-to-task or executing parts of the machine depending on a variety of factors.
• Using judgement and knowledge to solve problems.
• Working closely with the entire manufacturing team to delegate tasks and solve problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. This includes mopping floors, cleaning the machine
• Take part in daily “deep cleaning” of the machine & gummy manufacturing area
• Daily prep work to prepare for rest of day/following day.
