Overview The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hardworking team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! This job posting is for multiple entry-level positions across various departments and shifts. Availability for specific departments/shifts depends on current job openings. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401k with Employer Match Group Life Insurance Responsibilities Will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, and various other duties. Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions. Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP). Must keep work area clean and orderly. Qualifications Working in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate controlled areas, and/or a 38-degree environment. Endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting. Must work at a fast pace with few errors. Require repetitive motion with arms and hands.
