Available Shifts Day Shift : Monday – Friday; 6:00 am - 2:00 pm Swing Shift: Monday-Friday; 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (PLUS $1.50 shift differential for Swing Shift) Pay: $20.00 – $21.00/hr depending on experience. No experience? No problem—we’ll train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Our Production Associates work in a wide range of departments, assisting with the manufacturing of glass. This could include: Reading tags to ensure products are being manufactured correctly. Inspecting glass at all stages of the production process to check for manufacturing defects, damage, and proper sizing. Loading/unloading glass from various machines. Operating equipment and machines such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Organizing the final product on racks based on delivery routes. Racking/crating the final product, ensuring that the product is safe and secure for shipping. Loading/unloading delivery trucks. Responsibilities
