Job Details Job Location: West Salt Lake City, UT 84104 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Job Summary: This role involves managing the operational aspects of our production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of production equipment and processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: • Read the production packaging line schedule and produce products in allergen order. • Issue all products for packaging work orders and return excess materials accurately in the system. • Ensures Preoperational checks are completed. • Follow BOM and customer spec sheets to produce quality product. • Complete all quality and work order documents correctly. • Enter all finished goods into the system accurately. • Take all finished goods to R2 staging area. • Assist in cleanouts inside the packaging room. • Update all production tracking boards hourly and daily • Overall responsibility for inventory and documentation of the production room Qualifications: • Proven experience in a production environment, preferably in a back-end production role. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment. • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to work shifts as required. • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance. • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally. • Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift. • Ability to push/pull up to 1,500 pounds using supplied equipment. • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work Environment and Physical Demand: • Constant exposure to allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans • Constant operation of a computer and other office machinery such as calculator, copy machine, etc. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the time.
