We’re hiring for a Production / Back Of House Associate as a part time position for our Jacksonville store location. This position primarily works with the production staff to glaze hams and turkeys for retail, assists in the set up/break down of prep stations and assists with shipment/inventory needs.

• Completes operational duties including glazing, product loading and unloading, and general production space cleaning. Will work with hot torch. Proper personal protective equipment to be provided for safety.
• Responsible for ensuring correct quality control of ham & turkey products. Will be trained for understanding & exceeding company standards.
• Follows all cleanliness and food safety processes and guidelines.
• Prepares food according to HoneyBaked’s processes, food safety and product quality standards.
• Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies. May be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
