QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Previous production experience within a food environment preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive on time for the start of each production day
• Adhere to safe working practices,
• Maintain a clean uniform hygiene standards
• Follow all established recipes, food handiling, bakingpackaging and cleaing procedures, including work flow routines
• Ensure consistency in food quality and upholding high-quality assurance and sanitation standards.
• Promptly notify management of any issues related to production, facility or equipment
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

DUTIES

• Measuring and mixing raw materials according to recipe specifications.
• Weighing product onto sheet pans according to recipe specifications
• Spreading product onto sheet pans
• Loading oven racks, adhearing to all pan and rack Quality Assurance guidelines.
• Filling weighing labeling and sealing bags
• Pre, Mid and End of shift Cleaning and dishwashing
• Other duties as assigned
