ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Bakery Supervisor to join our team in West London. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our high-volume bakery, ensuring the efficient, consistent, and high-quality production of all baked goods.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is proficient with leading a team of bakers in a fast-paced production bakery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and execute all baking tasks, ensuring consistency and quality for high-volume production runs.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production bakers to foster high performance and skill development.
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks, troubleshooting issues to ensure our precise standards are met.
  • Drive efficiency and minimise waste through process improvement and maintaining an organised workspace.
  • Manage bulk ingredient inventory using FIFO principles.
  • Safely operate and maintain industrial baking equipment.
  • Enforce strict adherence to UK Food Safety (e.g., HACCP) and Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Work with the NPD team to seamlessly integrate new products into large-scale production.
  • Contribute proactively to improving overall bakery operations and team performance.
