PASTRY & SAVOURY PRODUCTION CHEF

Join Our Team at Hambleton Bakery!
Location: Exton Bakery | Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm | 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled individual to join our fantastic team, crafting delicious pasties, cakes, savoury bakes, and café favourites from scratch.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating high-quality sweet and savoury pastry products, soups, salads, and café items—all from scratch
  • Working in a busy, friendly kitchen environment where timing, precision, and a bit of flair go a long way
  • Collaborating with a small, dedicated team
  • Maintaining excellent food, personal, and kitchen hygiene standards

What we’re looking for:

  • A methodical, organised person who thrives under pressure
  • Someone with a sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude
  • A confident communicator who can work independently and, in a team,
  • Someone flexible and happy to pitch in during busy periods
  • A reliable team player with their own transport (we’re in a beautiful rural spot, but it’s not on a bus route)
