THE ROLE

This role centres around large-batch production, where consistency, efficiency, and creativity are key. Think prepping and cooking premium ingredients for our savoury range — sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls, and more — with an artisan approach to every batch, rather than a la carte plating.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in organised, production-style kitchens, and is passionate about great food & flavours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce high-volume savoury items with care, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Prep and cook ingredients to support our savoury range (sandwiches, sausage rolls, pies, etc.)
  • Collaborate on the development of new menu items, with a focus on seasonality and local produce
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
  • Train and support junior team members
  • Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently and with minimal waste
  • Communicate with both Bread Social sites to manage product levels and stock flow
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and positive kitchen environment
