Production Clerk II We’re hiring a Production Clerk II to support our manufacturing operations at our Cranberry Township site. If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, balancing documentation with hands-on production work, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: As a Production Clerk II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate production records, smooth workflow coordination, and daily operational success. You’ll partner closely with Production, Quality, Inventory, and Scheduling teams while providing both administrative and production-floor support. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate daily production and assembly records * Prepare, manage, and organize physical and electronic documentation. * Compile, verify, and enter data into ERP, QMS, or manufacturing systems. * Respond to internal requests for information via phone or email. * Perform routine administrative and production-support tasks. * Assemble, adjust, test, and calibrate parts according to manufacturing specifications. * Safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment within a Class 7 cleanroom environment. * Perform rework or repairs following documented procedures. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. * Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements. What You Bring: * 2+ years of experience in manufacturing production support or clerical role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience with ERP/MRP, QMS, or manufacturing systems (preferred) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organization and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Monday to Thursday- 6am-4:30pm, OT on Fridays periodically
