For our site ASD in Leeds, Central Stocks we are looking for

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate production alongside the Production Manager and Planning Department to ensure we deliver our mission whilst ensuring a Safety First culture
• Ensure a Safety First approach is consistently promoted and adhered to
• Work closely with Production Manager to ensure highest possible labour utilisation, proactively identifying needs for processing operatives &/or opportunities to redeploy elsewhere in the operation.
• Assist the Planning Team to ensure all assets are efficiently planned
• Utilise CNC programming knowledge to optimise production processes and maximise efficiencies
• Ensure conformance with all Quality related aspects of processing activities.
• Tracking processing productivity KPI’s, initiates & tracks improvement actions to improve utilisation, reduce downtime & reduce lead time.
• Liaise with Sales & other ASD’s locations to deliver service excellence.
• Supervise and assist production operators to adhere to set targets
• Work with material handler to ensure all materials are at work centres in a timely manner to achieve OTIF
• Learn to navigate the production system in SAP to assist the operators to resolve issues as they happen
