Job Overview: The Production Control Associate works closely with all departments. Under the Planning Manager’s supervision, performs a wide variety of tasks in support of the planning duties using established procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: * Support shipping department, making sure they receive each day’s orders to ship according to promise date. * Assists in communications with production with regards to open orders, late shipment notifications, expedite requests, and other various customer enquiries. * Assists in ensuring timely order release to include support of actual kitting and/or release of raw materials to the factory. * Collects data as requested for performance metric reporting. * Assists in other production or related support functions as time permits. Qualifications & Skills: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. * Must be able to work with minimal supervision. * Requires superior organizational, accountability, and tracking skills. * General working knowledge ERP software a plus. * All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials. * Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Responsibilities

The Production Control Associate supports the planning department by managing order releases, shipping coordination, and raw material kitting. They also collect performance data and assist with various production support functions under the supervision of the Planning Manager.
