Job Description Our Milpitas, CA Lab is looking for a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to work between clients, the Production Control department and our team of scientists to reliably deliver timely client data. The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for proactively meeting the administrative support needs of the Engineering team & their clients. Responsibilities include: Log and track the receipt and shipment of all samples into and out of the lab. Create and manage daily production. Analyze production data and performance metrics. Quickly identify and resolve production bottlenecks or delays. Label and store samples in accordance with documented procedures. Support multiple departments and sites in a multi-functional fast-paced environment. May perform courier duties as necessary to support lab and client needs. Schedule: Monday to Friday, *5pm-2am (*Additional 10% shift differential will apply.) Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance will not be available for this role. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of inventory and materials management. Understanding of lead times, capacity, and resource allocation. Work independently under time constraints and ability to handle a multitude of tasks efficiently. Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google docs. Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers. Able to read in Chinese a plus. Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
