General Information Job Title: Production Control Scheduler Department/Area: Logistics Job Objective The Production Control Scheduler ensures the necessary material flow for production and adapts to demand variability in compliance with applicable standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. This role is also responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, monitoring production plans, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities Prepare the master production schedule according to Magna customer requirements. Monitor daily compliance with the production plan. Maintain optimal inventory levels of in-process materials and finished goods. Monitor finished goods coverage according to customer requirements. Organize inventories and Kanban system. Ensure inventory turnover of in-process materials. Provide support activities to the department when required. Report key performance indicators to the Logistics Management. Participate in continuous improvement and MAFACT implementation. Attend required company training sessions. Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems. Identify and support environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Implement corrective actions when production or quality is at risk. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience with SAP, Office, Supply Chain, and automotive customer portals. Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry required. Required Competencies Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation. Proactive and organized. Strong sense of urgency and discipline. Leadership and teamwork. Conversational English required. Job Conditions Salary: $40,000 MXN. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with availability to attend early morning calls. Required mobility between Apodaca and Guadalupe plants.
