Job Title: Production Control Specialist Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Production Control Specialist to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise inbound and outbound logistics and support warehouse team members through the day-to-day tasks. Ensure accurate inventory, cycle counts, and material flow. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and carriers. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Essential Skills Experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management. Strong customer service and data entry skills. Proficiency in shipping and receiving, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse management. Experience with freight, inventory control, and dispatch. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in logistics, production, warehousing, or manufacturing operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Environment The role is based in an office/manufacturing setting with one shift available (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
