ATI is looking for a Production Control Specialist to support our Specialty Materials Business Unit. This position will be located in Monroe, NC. As a Production Control Specialist, you will direct and coordinate activities of individuals in cross-functional areas (Manufacturing, Quality, Labs, Shipping, Technology, Planning and Sales) to support ATI Specialty Materials revenue plan and on-time performance objectives. Other Responsibilities: * Reprocess batches to support manufacturing. * Establishes work priorities for manufacturing, lab and quality areas. * Resolves product deviations between sales and operations to ensure shipment of product. * Provides support to all involved departments to streamline processes. * Chairs production meetings with cross-functional participants. * Ensures critical orders remain on schedule to meet customer demands. * Provides communication between sales, quality, technical and operations. * Maintains shipment reports for all levels of management. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline or * In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related work experience * 3 years of experience in production control * Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Oracle ERP experience * Metals Manufacturing Industry experience We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
