• Supporting the international subsidiaries in all important business management issues in the area of production/operation/logistics.
• Preparation of monthly reports, intra-year forecasts and corporate planning on a strategic and operational level in cooperation with international colleagues
• Sparring partner of the international management level (plant manager) and the local controlling team
• Independent derivation of recommendations for actions, commenting as well as monitoring the implementation and follow-up of measures
• Creating cost transparency and ensuring reliable product costing for standard and actual costs, including variance analyses
• Execution of ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks between the international production sites
• Implementation and follow-up of standardizations of controlling and reporting structures
